English translation
O dweller of the Abode,
My longing for You ever grows;
« If the Lover keeps His secret well,
I can scarce find the strength to keep mine. »
Here I stand at the threshold of the Abode,
Tears streaming down my cheeks,
My heart buried in the embers,
Burning with a blazing fire.
Distance and separation are so unbearable!
Yet the day of Your Encounter is the fullness of bliss.
The other songs are on the Qasaid and sama’ page.
