soufisme.org is the website of the Isthme association, which runs a group of the Qadiriya Boutchichiya tariqa in France. Site address: https://www.soufisme.org. Contact: contact@isthme.org.

Contact and session-registration forms

When you use a form on this site (contact or registration for a meditation session), the fields you fill in (name, email address, town or postcode, message) are sent to us by email and may be kept to follow up your request. This data is neither sold nor passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address is kept on our hosting in France solely so that we can send you the communications you have consented to. You can ask to unsubscribe at any time by writing to contact@isthme.org.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising cookies. A consent banner tells you about any cookies that may be set:

Technical cookies needed for the site to work;
Audience measurement: where applicable, a privacy-friendly statistics tool (Matomo, hosted in France);
Embedded content: pages may include YouTube videos or SoundCloud players. As if you were visiting those sites directly, they may set their own cookies when you start playback; YouTube videos are embedded in ‘youtube-nocookie’ mode to limit this.

Retention period

Messages received through the forms are kept for the time needed to deal with your request. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Audience-measurement data is anonymised and kept for twenty-five months at most.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right of access, rectification, deletion and objection regarding your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@isthme.org. You can also refer the matter to the CNIL if you feel your rights are not being respected.
