What to expect
Sufism is often said to be a flavour that can only be known by tasting it. These meditation sessions offer precisely a taste of it, through the invocations practised in the Sufi path: the dhikr, literally ‘remembrance’.
The spiritual influx carried by these invocations purifies and illuminates the practitioner’s heart; the dhikr gradually sets the heart ablaze until nothing remains but divine oneness. The session lasts an hour and a half: you settle in, you listen, you invoke together. No prerequisites, no special dress, no previous experience.
