Sidi Hajj Abbas: blessings and trials, a succession of signs
Life is a succession of signs. God (exalted be He) seeks only to draw us nearer to Him in His mercy. It is we who do not know how to read His signs. The trials we undergo, like the blessings we receive, are His signs, and we must strive to see God in them.
